Ordering
Our on-line payment system is secure. We also welcome orders by telephone, fax or letter.

Discounts
We are able to offer discounts ranging from 5% to 20% on many titles when purchased via the website. However, certain titles must be sold at Publisher's Suggested Retail Price to meet publisher requirements. All items eligible for discount will be marked as such on the search results pages and the item detail page.


Distributed Titles
We have no control over titles that we distribute for a third party. Recommended retail prices only will apply.

Payment
We accept payment via the following methods:-
Mastercard
Visa
Maestro (Switch)
Delta
And cheques in pounds sterling made payable to Heritage Marketing and Publications.

Institutional Orders
Institutional orders are welcome and will be dispatched on a 30-day payment invoice where a Purchase Order Number has been entered with the order. This option is available to UK institutions only. Overseas institutions should e-mail us for ordering instructions.

Ownership of Goods
Heritage Marketing and Publications remains owner of all goods until payment is received in full.

Return of Goods
We are happy to have items returned to us. However, we must be contacted via e-mail or telephone within seven days of the goods being received explaining the reason for return.

Postage
Charged at cost within the UK up to the max. of £5.75. All items over 2.0 kg are shipped via a 48 hr signed for Parcel Force service. For normal first & second class postage we use a Royal Mail Packet-Post contract

To Europe/USA and all other locations postage will be charged at cost and sent either via surface or air-mail depending on the clients requirements. For items to Europe under 2kg and for all other world destinations under 1.5kg we use a Royal Mail Zone and Format Sort contract.

For all overseas items heavier than quoted above we use a Royal Mail M-Bag contract. Please refer below for example prices.

Prices quoted (in pounds Sterling) for Priority Service – Royal Mail Delivery Aims 3-5 days

For example a 2kg parcel to America would cost approx. GBP 5.64

Dispatch of orders
We endeavor to dispatch orders for books held in stock within two working days. For other titles this may extend to five days. However, if it appears that this will be exceeded you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. For all on-line orders, an automatic confirmation will be sent out

Insurance
All items dispatched are insured against loss at our cost.

Descriptions
All items have been accurately described and where the item is secondhand,/out-of-print etc any defects have also been noted together with condition etc.

Institutional Orders
Institutions can order using a Purchase Order Number. Ordered items will then be dispatched with an invoice for payment. (UK only)

Ownership of Goods
The ownership of the goods remains with Heritage Marketing and Publications until paid for in full.

Return of Goods
We are happy to have items returned, however, we must be contacted via an applicable method with 7 days of the goods arriving.
